Robin is the founder of Sharma Leadership International Inc., and the author of 11 international best-selling books on leadership including The Leader Who Had No Title and The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. Robin joins the show to share insights into a new leadership model that he calls, “Leadership 2.0.”
