I have just read your article in the April edition of Toastmaster and went straight to your link. It was such a pleasure to listen to Kevin Carroll and I dearly want his 'hook' book. Perhaps for my birthday which is coming up on the 30th of April. I have been a member of the Elanora Early Morning Toastmaster's Area 69 club for four years and it has changed my life.
