Hi, This is interesting dialog with talks of how to fire a person. The what nots of sayings, and how to execute the topic without putting ones foot in the mouth. I see it this way, people need to talk.... sometimes.. so let them, it diffuses the tention; Then, say what you need to say, however, tention can be a situation, and situations come with problems, you see where I am going with this. Your on point,it doesn't hurt to be sensitive.

I enjoy Bo's and Ryan's podcast. I wish there were more of them. How nice to ride in my car, learn more about Toastmasters, and how to sharpen my public speaking skills.
