Monique Levesque-Pharoah is the Director of Development for Peer Connections Manitoba and owner of Unique Communications and Training. A highly experienced presenter and facilitator, she brings training to life with her energetic style and real-life workplace examples. She holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management with honours and is certified in employee development, communication, and leadership. Recently recertified as a conflict mediator through Mediation Services, Monique’s philanthropic efforts include work with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, and Peer Connections Manitoba.

A Toastmaster since 1994, she has served as Past District Governor, Region Advisor, and International Director, and is a member of Winnipeg Chamber Toastmasters and Vital Words.
